What Work Connect Ghana is

Work Connect Ghana is a platform that connects people looking for short-term work with businesses and individuals who need workers. We are not the employer of any worker, and we are not responsible for the actions of either party beyond the dispute process described in our Cancellation, No-Show & Safety Policy.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You need a valid Ghana phone number.
• You must provide accurate information about yourself or your business.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or jobs.

Acceptable use

• Do not post fake jobs or jobs that break Ghanaian law.
• Do not ask workers to pay fees, registration charges or deposits to get hired.
• Do not harass, discriminate or threaten other users.
• Do not share another person’s personal information without permission.
• Do not use the platform to move money outside the agreed job payment flow.

Payments

Employers and workers agree on the pay, length and timing inside the app. The employer pays the agreed total plus the platform fee. Workers keep 100% of the agreed pay. Work Connect Ghana holds no liability if an employer or worker fails to honour a payment made outside the platform, which is why we strongly recommend using the in-app payment flow.

If terms are violated

We may warn, suspend or permanently ban any account that breaks these terms, posts fake jobs, manipulates ratings, or puts other users at risk. We may also withhold payouts connected to disputed or fraudulent activity until the matter is resolved.

Disputes

If a job or payment goes wrong, either party can raise a dispute. We will review the job details, messages and payment records and make a fair decision based on the evidence available. Our decision is final for the platform, but does not stop either party from seeking legal remedies outside the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. We will notify you of significant changes and display the latest version in the app. Continuing to use Work Connect Ghana after changes means you accept the updated terms.
