Delete your Work Connect Ghana account
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time. You do not need to log in to ask.
How to ask
Email support@workconnectghana.com from the email address on your account, or send us a WhatsApp message from the phone number on your account. Use the subject "Delete my account". Tell us your name and phone number so we can find your account.
We reply within 14 days.
What we delete
Your profile, name, email, phone number, location, Ghana Card ID details, CVs and AI Coach content, messages and reviews. This is done within 30 days of your request.
What we may keep
Anonymised job and payment records, and records we must keep by law for tax and dispute purposes. These cannot be traced back to you.
